Effective Psychotherapy Providing Relief, Long-Term Personal Growth, and Heightened Emotional Knowledge
I have extensive, diverse clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents and adults, as well as couples, groups, and families. I offer in-person therapy and offer telehealth services to patients throughout the state of NY. I address a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life dissatisfaction, life transitions, interpersonal conflict, low self-esteem, relationship issues, infidelity, divorce, intimacy and sex, identity issues, mood management, and LGBTQ+ issues. My approach is holistic, integrating modern psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and CBT theories and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or group. I emphasize the development of self-awareness and emotional insight while providing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges, find relief, and cultivate greater life satisfaction and fulfillment.

1.
Individual
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is proven to help you find relief from symptoms that get in the way of the life you want. Developing insight and self-awareness is a powerful tool in helping you to feel more in control of yourself, to better engage, understand, and connect with those around you, and to build the resilience and capability to better handle life's challenges. I have helped individuals find relief from issues of anxiety, depression, life dissatisfaction, stress management, interpersonal conflict, trauma, bereavement, work stress, loneliness, shyness, body image, low self-esteem, social awkwardness, sexuality exploration, OCD, ADHD, anger, life transitions, and more.

Couples
Therapy
Relationships can be our greatest sources of joy and our deepest challenges. As a couples therapist, I help partners strengthen their connection, improve communication and understanding, manage conflict, and navigate challenges related to intimacy and desire. Whether you're facing conflict, struggling with mismatched desires, or simply seeking to deepen your emotional and physical bond, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your relationship dynamics. A loving relationship requires effort, hard work, and care. Together, you and your partner will identify behaviors you'd like to change, discover new ways of interacting, avoid criticism, and work toward common goals that support your shared growth. All couples and relationship structures are welcome.
3.
Sex
Therapy
I am currently working toward becoming an AASECT certified sex therapist.
Research suggests that 15-20% of marriages and relationships are sexless. I help couples deepen intimacy, enhance pleasure, learn to communicate sexual preferences and needs, address desire discrepancies, and work through affairs and infidelity. I also support and work with couples exploring new relationship dynamics and non-monogomy.
I work with individuals to overcome feelings of shame, explore and discover desires, and increase comfort with sexuality and sexual preferences.
4.
Family
Therapy
Reconnect with your children, find balance and clarity within your family, and develop, strengthen, and heal family bonds. Together, we’ll identify patterns, address unspoken issues, and build healthier ways of connecting. My goal is to help you create a family environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported, strengthening your relationships for lasting contentment. All types of families are welcome.
